~ Hmm it was recently pointed out to me that I haven't been posting any news :/

I have been busy finishing up new SotB Pages and working on other projects so my forgetful self forgot I even have a news section (hence why the last post was in 09') so here's some news!

Just finished page 118! I'll try to upload some more profile pictures before the first of February. If I can find them, I'll post Oakham and his sister(Reiko) and then that sexy cat >:D

Sorry, I had to cut back to 1 page a week. Some of the later pages are taking much longer to complete. But I'm totally sure I can handle 1 page a week

Double update! Page 42 didn't take long, so I did page 43 too. I love page 43 XD

Page 40! Ah, the introduction of Solith. I like this character, but I'm still tweaking his design. The first panel of him isn't very flattering, but later ones are much better.
Almost through the 'Warner' pages ><

We have come to the dreaded 'Warner' pages. They seem a bit confusing because you pretty much enter Warner and Pen's conversation without understanding what's going on. It will be explained more later on ;D
...then there is Tygil. There is actually an explanation for him too. But for now, think of him as a autonomous computer (with A.I.)
He's actually pretty nifty.

Getting to the mild 'gore' parts now. Pages 34-36 have quite a bit of blood and stuff, so I figured I would give some warning in case some folks were squeamish and/or don't approve of or like such things.
I don't find them very particularly gruesome though.

Credit to Angryblue.com for the very nice blood splatter brushes (see them used on pages 33 & 34)

I'll try to keep updating the comic twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) for as long as I can, but eventually it will have fall back to 1 day a week due to my time constraints.
I usually can crank out a page a week, so I doubt it will go any lower than 1 page a week.

I haven't decided how I should handle updates yet.
I figure I'll update fairly randomly for now (but at least once a week like the main SotB site)

In case you folks are wondering, "Song of the Butterfly: Eternity" is actually the first volume of 3 > <
Pretty ambitious, but considering how long I have been working on it, I doubt I'll be giving up anytime soon ^^
